Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is a gentle guided meditation practice that has been used for thousands of years as a process of awakening to ones ‘true self’. Yoga Nidra gives the experience that our inner core is stress free and that unshakable inner peace and joy really exist within us. It can help us to see that our thoughts, feelings, and emotions are temporary.
What you'll need to practice at home:
Prepare a quiet place in your home. Gather your props.
2 blocks, 1 bolster, 2 blankets, 1 strap
Don' thave props?! Get Creative: couch cushions, pillows, beach towels, books, neck ties, bath robe belts, etc
