Do you have a physical location?


Jewelry & Accessories: No, but you can find me at many local events in Pennsylvania. Simply subscribe to the mailing list to stay up to date on all upcoming events. Yoga, Meditation, Workshops: Yes, these events are held virtually and in person outdoors. Due to Covid-19 I am no longer able to offer these services in the comfort of your own home/location.




How do I "clear the energy" of the items I purchased?


Prior to use I recommend smudging your pieces with white sage or palo santo. You may also smudge yourself and your jewelry pieces after wearing them in negative or stressful spaces or if you regularly wear the item. Other ways you can keep their energy clear is to place them outside or on a windowsill during the full moon. Lastly, you can just hold the intention that you and your crystals are clear. I do not recommend salt, earth, or water for jewelry or for stones as they can damage both the design and the materials/stones.




What if my item says it's delivered but hasn't been?


If your item is showing as delivered and you did not get the package. Please address all shipping/delivery concerns directly with the carrier (USPS). Contact your post office, speak to a supervisor and provide them your tracking number so that they may provide you with the coordinates where your package was delivered. Woodland Awakening is not responsible for theft of packages, incorrect shipping information provided at time of checkout or if the post office delivers to an incorrect address. You must provide an accurate shipping address at time of purchase and have a safe secure location for your items to be delivered. Please message me prior to purchase if you would like to purchase insurance for your order.




What if my jewelry breaks?


I take great pride in all the jewelry I create and understand that sometimes things happen. If breakage occurs within 30 days of receiving your item, you may contact me for an approved repair. I will repair your item free of charge or with a small fee depending on what needs to be repaired or replaced. Consumer is responsible for ALL shipping fees. Within 30 Days: FREE repairs are limited to: repairing wire wrapping, replacing clasps, and replacing jumprings or other basic components. Repair FEES apply to: Broken or lost stones/crystals, lost charms, entire or partial chain replacement. Fee is based on the materials needed to repair your item. Due to the one of a kind nature of my items some stones/crystals may not be replacable. After 30 Days: If something breaks after 30 days, I can provide repair, with a starting fee of $25 + cost of any materials that need to be replaced (i.e. if a stone, crystal, or chain need replacing). Consumer is responsible for ALL shipping fees. Jewlery Care: Handle jewelry with care to ensure longevity. Direct sunlight, salt, and moisture will tarnish metals and dull certain stones. I do not recommend getting any of my items wet. When not wearing store in a safe dry place. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to renew luster to pieces as needed/desired.




Do you take 'custom orders'?


Custom orders are taken on a case to case basis. Please send a detailed message outlining your vision and budget. All requests will be considered and reviewed. A quote will be sent within 7-14 business days. Once approved a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production can begin. Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes may not be used towards custom orders.




What is your refund/return/exchage policy?


I take great pride in the quality of each and every item I create and send. Merchandise purchased from Woodland Awakening may not be returned or exchanged unless merchandise is defective. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package, if requesting a refund. I will accept your return in it's original condition and packaging, less shipping charges, within 7 days of contacting me. Consumer is responsible for payment of return shipping and tracking. Refunds will be processed to original payment method once return is received less a 15% restocking fee. There are NO refunds/exchanges/returns on custom orders, sale items, or personal care products (eye pillows). Payments for services such as yoga, meditation, reiki and shamanic journeys are non-refundable and non- transferrable. If you schedule a class or workshop and cancel or do not show up, payment in full is due regardless of attendance. If Woodland Awakening cancels an event or service a refund will be issued less transaction fees or the service credit can be transferred.




Animal Reiki - What to expect?


Due to Covid-19 all Animal Reiki Sessions will be Distance Reiki via Facetime or Zoom. The first visit is approximately 45 minutes. We will spend a few minutes discussing your pet, household and any concerns you may have. We will then settle into a comfortable space within your home, allowing your pet to roam freely. I will guide you through a grounding meditation practice that you may stay in for the duration of our session or at any time you may choose to simply sit quietly in the room. After the humans have settled, I will become quiet and enter my meditation offering Reiki to your pet for approx 25-30 mins. It is up to your pet how they would like to receive and respond to the energy and they may choose to keep a distance or come closer placing their body in or near my hands. When the session is complete we will chat about anything that was observed and plan for our next session. Initially, it is optimal to have 4 sessions within close succession for most pets. After the intial 4 sessions; depending on the particular circumstances you may choose to continue with weekly, monthly or distance reiki options for your pet.




I have never done yoga, can I take your classes or workshops?


Yes! All my offerings are suitable for any level of experience. Most offerings require students to be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. Be sure to complete a waiver. It is recommended to have a yoga mat, bolster, 2 blocks, a blanket, and a strap. Don't have the props, no problem! Sub couch cushions, pillows, books, and belts!




How do I care for my jewelry?

How do I care for my eye pillow?


Please store your eye pillow in the freezer or in a cool dry place. Do not submerge in water or get wet. For hygienic reasons do not share eye pillows with other people. Made with organic brown rice and organic dried lavender flowers. Use For: migraines, relaxation, yoga nidra, yoga savasana or restorative yoga Can be chilled in the freezer overnight or 
heated in the microwave until warm to touch (10 second intervals) do not place on skin if scalding
