Question 2

I have never meditated, is a guided meditation right for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All guided meditations are suitable for any level of experience. Be sure to complete a waiver. All you'll need is a dark, quiet, comfortable space to sit or lie down.

Question 3

How do I "clear the energy" of the items I purchased?"

Accepted Answer

Prior to use I recommend smudging your pieces with white sage or palo santo. You may also smudge yourself and your jewelry pieces whenever you wish.  Other ways you can keep their energy clear is to place them outside or on a windowsill during the full moon. Also, you can simply hold an intention for your crystals to be clear. 
 
I do not recommend using salt, earth, or water for jewelry or for stones as they can damage the stones and materials.

Question 4

What if my item says it's delivered but hasn't been?

Accepted Answer

If your item is showing as delivered and you did not receive the package. Please address all shipping/delivery concerns directly with the carrier (USPS). 
 
Woodland Awakening is not responsible for theft of packages, incorrect shipping information provided at time of checkout or if the post office delivers to an incorrect address. You must provide an accurate shipping address at time of purchase and have a safe secure location for your items to be delivered. 
 
Please message me prior to purchase if you would like to purchase insurance for your order.

Question 5

What if my jewelry breaks?

Accepted Answer

I take great pride in all the jewelry I create and understand that sometimes things happen. 
 
If breakage occurs within 30 days of receiving your item, you may contact me for an approved repair. I will repair your item free of charge or with a small fee depending on what needs to be repaired or replaced. Consumer is responsible for ALL shipping fees.
 
Within 30 Days:
FREE repairs are limited to: repairing wire wrapping, replacing clasps, and replacing jumprings or other basic components.  
 
Repair FEES apply to: Broken or lost stones/crystals, lost charms, entire or partial chain replacement. Fee is based on the materials needed to repair your item. Due to the one of a kind nature of my items some stones/crystals may not be replacable. 
 
After 30 Days:
If something breaks after 30 days, I can provide repair, with a starting fee of  $25 + cost of any materials that need to be replaced (i.e. if a stone, crystal, or chain need replacing).
Consumer is responsible for ALL shipping fees.
 
Jewlery Care:
Handle jewelry with care. Direct sunlight, salt, and moisture will tarnish metals and dull stones. I do not recommend getting any of my items wet. When not wearing store in a safe dry place. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to renew shine as desired.

Do you take 'custom orders'?

Accepted Answer

Custom orders are taken on a case to case basis. Please send a detailed message outlining your ideas and budget. All requests will be considered and reviewed. A quote will be sent within 7-14 business days. Once approved a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production can begin.  Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes may not be used towards custom orders.

What is your refund/return/exchage policy?

I take great pride in the quality of each and every item I create. Merchandise purchased from Woodland Awakening may not be returned or exchanged unless merchandise is defective.

*Custom orders, direct print/Printful items, sale items, personal care items (eye pillows) and digital products are non- refundable. All sales final.

Handmade Goods: If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to woodlandawakening@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If approved, we will accept your return/exchange in its original condition and packaging, less shipping charges, within 7 days of purchase. Consumer is responsible for payment of return shipping and tracking regarding returns/exchanges. Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method once return is received, less a 15% restocking fee.

Direct Print/Printful Items: If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to woodlandawakening@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with Printful to replace any defective merchandise. There are no returns/refunds for items without defects or due to a wrong size being ordered.
 
Payments for services such as video rental and audio downloads are non-refundable or transferrable.

How do I care for my eye pillow?

Accepted Answer

Please store your eye pillow in the freezer or in a cool dry place. Do not submerge in water or get wet. For hygienic reasons do not share eye pillows with other people. 
 
Made with organic rice and organic dried lavender flowers.
 
Use For: migraines, relaxation, dry eye, anxiety, inomnia, yoga nidra, and savasana
Can be chilled in the freezer overnight or  heated in the microwave until warm to touch (10 second intervals) do not place on skin if scalding
