Enjoy a special 90 minute Restorative Yoga practice paired with the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Restorative yoga is the yoga of being, in which students find extended rest in supported seated and reclined shapes using bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is a gentle guided meditation practice that has been used for thousands of years as a process of awakening to ones ‘true self’. Yoga Nidra gives the experience that our inner core is stress free and that unshakable inner peace and joy really exist within us. It can help us to see that our thoughts, feelings, and emotions are temporary.
It is recommended that students bring an eye pillow, water bottle, socks and extra layers to cover with.
